The ball mill machine is a key machine that smashes the materials having been crushed, and is widely used in industries like cement, silicate products, new 52555 building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal ore dressing and glass ceramics production. Ball grinding mill or ball mill machine can realize both dry and wet grindings for different ores and other grindable materials.

  • 1. Ball mills are suitable for grinding all kinds of ores and other materials, so it is widely used in mineral dressing, building materials and chemical industries. There are dry type and wet type grinding ways. According to the different ore discharging ways, ball mills can be divided into grid and overflow types.

Working principle of ball mill:

TEnergy saving ball mill machine is a horizontal cylindrical grid-shaped rotating device with the outer gear transmission, two positions. Materials pass through the feeding device into the first bin of the ball mill spirally and regularly via the hollow shaft. The first bin has ladder plate or corrugated plate inside which has installed steel balls with different specifications. The cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force to raise the steel balls up and then to fall from a certain height, thus generating the force to impact and grind the materials. After the coarse grinding in the first bin, the materials enter into the second bin via the single deck bulkhead. This bin covered with a flat liner plate with steel balls inside will do further grinding of the materials. Powdery materials are discharged through the unloading grate board. This is the whole grinding procedure of ball mill machine or ball grinding machine.
